Q: Why should I order direct from Sleep Nerdz?

A: We offer fast shipping, 30 day return policy, outstanding customer service and secure checkout guarantee.

Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?

Not happy with your order? Don’t worry.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If it is not a quality problem, returns will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@sleepnerdz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we approved your refund request and confirmed the returned item, we will refund you in full.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.

Q: What if my product is damaged?

A: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: Do you offer a refunds?

A: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that customers need to responsible for shipping fees for the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
